This Theropod was not much bigger than its cousin Ceratosaurus. It's fossils have been found in the Australian outback. thought to be a ceratosaurus at first, so the fossils were ignored until a volunteer looked at it for a term paper. All that was Known of this species was the Mandible, a few teeth fragments, part of the maxilla and the front edge of the nose horn. Then here recently an almost complete skull, pelvic girdle, right arm, a few ribs and vertebrata. This species would use its spots like most predators to break up its shape within foliage and with its limited field of overlap this ceratosaurid would wait until prey got within a few feet of it before pouncing. When not feeding upon small sauropods and the many Amphibian Labyrinthodonts. They would comb the beaches for beached prey. Most disputes between males during mating season were like shouting matches and very rarely escalate into violence. Females have a smaller nose horn and less developed eye brow nobs on their eye covers.
